Damages from shipping will need to be reviewed and may not necessarily result in a product replacement.
We are not responsible for the postal service if they damage a package. Once the package has left our store and has been received by the Post Office and a tracking number has been sent, we are not responsible for the package. All packages are sent by Royal Mail. A tracking number is issued to you by email when dispatched.
If goods are damaged by the postal service, you will need to make a claim to Royal Mail.
If you find goods are damaged and this does not relate to shipping, please email us at info@ilashes-online-com with the subject heading ‘DAMAGED’ and give details of the damages. Please include your order number and photo(s) of the damaged item(s). This must be done within SEVEN DAYS of receipt of goods.
We will reply to you within 24 hours of receipt of your email. If it is established that you have received damaged goods, we will be willing to offer a replacement or refund.
Please note that difference in hair assignment does not constitute ‘damaged items’. All our lashes are handmade and so may differ from one another in appearance and hair assignment.
